Now for real :)

My name is Jovana Miljanovic, born and raised in Serbia. I moved to the US for the first time age 21 to pursue my education at Montclair State University on a Fulbright scholarship. I am passionate about marketing and sales, technology, art, and yoga. My friends say that I am always on the move and hungry for knowledge. I started learning online from Ed Dale, Frank Kern and Eban Pagan in 1999. Observing what they were doing. Later on, I found Marie Forleo and Amy Porterfield and was ecstatic to see women entering the digital business sphere. Right now I am at a coaching program with Brooke Castillo and finishing my hatha yoga teacher training certification.

I started doing real-life workshops for women in November 2016 to teach them how to turn their passion into profit, hobby into a business and gain the financial freedom they deserve by teaching them marketing and sales my way. I have been doing my workshops once per month and spent my time during the month organizing masterminds, meetups and seminars, providing women with network and knowledge. In June 2019 after 1500 women from 8 countries participated in my in-person events I started selling online courses with the same curriculum. My blog has been up and running from 2011 and I used it to share my life and business experiences and create a female community in the Ex Yugoslav region that supports each other in their personal and professional endeavors.

Where did I learn all this?

I have accumulated my knowledge from online courses, ebooks and internships I did while at Montclair State University. I was working as an ad sales marketing intern at VEVO and a digital marketing intern at Estro Communications in NYC. I worked for several large startups and work took me to the Middle East, London and Cyprus. I have lived in 7 cities and visited over 30 countries so far, as I am extremely open to new cultures and the ways of doing things. I love putting myself in a new professional and cultural setting as my mind tends to grow like a sponge when faced with new things.

Social media is just a tool

For me, social media was never a hobby, but always a tool to help me get my message across to women that can benefit from hearing it. I have started my first blog in 2011. My first workshop was in 2016. There were over 1500 women from 8 countries that attended my in-person workshop and over 800 participants in seminars I organize twice a year.

Writing

I always believed I could write myself into anything. Writing for me is like breathing, it is my need, want and desire. I can’t get enough of it in all shapes, ways, and forms. From writing resumes, papers, blogging, and poetry, writing enabled me to study for free in the US and travel over 10 countries as a paid blogger, some of which include Iceland, Israel, Thailand, Germany, Dubai… It also got me an invitation to present Serbia at Nobel peace prize in Oslo in December of 2015 and work as Cosmopolitan Serbia Lifestyle Editor for a while.

Giving back

I tend to invest 20% of my monthly income into causes I care about that include art, culture, and education and in 2013 I got an award by the city of Belgrade for extraordinary achievement in the field of art for organizing ŠUND art project that enabled artists to collaborate and show their work in Belgrade and Lisbon. I also invest my time in mentorship, both women starting and scaling their businesses and young people starting up their tech ventures. I connect young people from Serbia with investors from the MENA region, because I got a $30.000 seed investment to develop one of my projects in Dubai in 2013 which introduced me to the local investor network.

Winnie the Pooh said it right Sometimes, the smallest things take up the most room in your heart and it is like that in business too. We want to create a unique strategy colored with a small finesse that makes a big difference to your customers and we want to do it your way.

VISION of my business is to help women who know what they want to do but have no idea how to use marketing and sales in an authentic way to get there. I want women to stop selling their most important asset their time for money and I teach them how to make money work for them, not the other way around.

AS A WOMEN IN BUSINESS
I hope to inspire other women and make them realize what is possible for them and how they can achieve anything they set their minds to with the right tools, network, and persistence.

AS A COMPANY I hope our work continue to deliver results for our customers and be a beacon of light for a new young generation of women coming my way.

Let's take your business to the next level!
